Dipping process of pallets.

Step 1:
Place pallet stack and start cycle with remove control

Step 2:
Clamp engages and dipping starts.

Step 3:
Pallets are fully submerged. Dip time is adjustable.

Step 4:
Pallet stops for initial drip. Drip time is adjustable.

Step 5:
Pallets all the way up and clamp down away.

Step 6:
Push out arm moves pallets on to drip deck

Step 7:
Pallet stack all the way on to out feed drip deck.

Step 8:
Place next stack and start next cycle remotely.

Step 9:
Cut stock bundles can also be dipped (48” high).
